Let’s Do This…..
Thank you for making us your first choice in hair removal. We understand the excitement and anticipation you’re currently experiencing, however we are positive your first trip will not be your last and we look forward to helping you look and feel your best!
Wax is an ancient Egyptian method of hair removal. Warm organic Sugar Wax is applied against the hair growth and removed in the direction the hair grows taking with it the whole hair bulb.
Lets face it having your hair ripped out of your skin is not pleasant but the results are worth it super silky smooth skin and you only have to maintain your visits every 4 to 6 weeks. The more you sugar the weaker the hair follicle becomes therefore making it easier, quicker and less painful and less pain is our goal.
Sugaring also exfoliates and helps get rid of painful ingrown hairs shaving can cause.
For best results don’t shave two weeks prior to your sugaring appointment or in between sugaring once you’ve started on a regular basis. Never ever any double dipping we follow strict sanitation and safety standards.

Common Vajacial Questions
1st Thing 1st…..
How do you spell vajacial?
You might’ve seen it spelled in a variety of ways, including ‘vagacial’, or just referred to as something else entirely while at the salon. At the end of the day, there’s no official correct spelling of the word, but the most common form is generally thought to be ‘vajacial’ (pronounced vah-jay-shul). Otherwise, it depends on the salon you’re in!
Now that we know how to spell it, what exactly is it?
A vajacial is almost exactly what you might think it is: it’s a facial for your vulva (not for your vagina!). Additionally, a vajacial can also be performed on anyone’s pubic area, including men. The vajacial treatment takes a bit under an hour and is not applied to any internal areas, so you don’t have to worry about your pH balance getting thrown off. Regular clients usually get the treatment done every 2-3 months to keep their skin feeling smooth and looking its best.
Hmmm…..
If you’re intrigued by the prospect of a vajacial, but aren’t sure if it’s right for you, be sure to consult your esthetician or talk to a professional for the most informed opinion. Vajacials involve steam towels, masks, and the removal of ingrown hairs, and might be a lot for those with extremely sensitive skin, so talk to a professional who is familiar with your skin type.
For those skeptical about the vajacial’s actual benefits, it’s pretty simple: this treatment extracts ingrowns, cleanses, exfoliates, hydrates, and moisturizes the skin all during one treatment. It also gets rid of ingrowns and discoloration – professionally! It’s really like an all around spa treatment for your extra sensitive pubic area skin. If that sounds good to you, talk to a professional about having the treatment.
Overall, a vajacial isn’t a medical or invasive procedure, so there aren’t a ton of risks involved, but this is a treatment applied to some of your most sensitive skin areas, as well as around internal areas which should be spared from said treatment. Talk to your esthetician to see if it’s a good option for you.
More Info….
Vajacials are only performed on clients with hairless pubic areas, so it’s a process commonly performed on clients who have been sugared or waxed just prior.
However, if you have not received a wax but have just shaved completely, consult your esthetician to see if you’re a good candidate for a vajacial. No matter what you do, don’t shave over a fresh wax – it’ll just irritate the area further.
Vajacials are designed to treat hyperpigmentation, ingrown hairs, breakouts after hair removal, so consult your esthetician to learn about their requirements or general process prior to a vajacial.
A lot of vajacial treatments are done in conjunction with a separate sugaring service, or are done very soon after sugaring service to save you the headache of having to coordinate a wax and a vajacial within a doable timeframe, and to treat ingrowns and hyperpigmentation before they even have a chance to really get uncomfortable or annoy you.
Should I….
There are a lot of benefits to getting a professional vajacial treatment following a wax. The main benefits of a vajacial include having clearer, less irritated skin following a wax. Additionally, vajacials aid in getting rid of existing ingrown hairs and preventing new ones from forming after a waxing treatment.
Those aren’t the vajacial’s only benefits, however. Vajacials also allows for clients to correct skin discoloration or darkening in hard-to-reach areas without having to deal with complicated at-home application. Vajacials are also an excellent way to pamper yourself and your private regions after a waxing session. You’ll leave the salon feeling smooth and refreshed!
Vajacials are an excellent extra little treat to give yourself following a sugaring, and are a good way of taking care of irritation around your pubic area.
Common Waxing Questions
How often…..
With each waxing visit, your sensitivity will become less and less as the hair becomes thinner and thinner. To achieve this, it is recommended you get on a regular waxing schedule. Clients who wax on a regular basis come in every 3-6 weeks, depending on their personal preference and hair growth.
What if…..
Yes!
However, the week before and the week during your period are when you tend to be the most sensitive, due to fluctuating hormone levels. Redness and swelling may be noticed a little more due to higher prostaglandin levels!
Should I….
Yes!
Pregnant woman in all stages in their pregnancy can be waxed. It’s completely safe for you as well as your baby. However, as mentioned above, you may notice increased sensitivity due to increased hormone levels. Waxing throughout pregnancy is a great way to keep you feeling smooth and good about yourself.
